Where are the garments manufactured?

The Earth Positive® range is produced entirely in India.

Will the garments shrink in the wash?

Garments by Earth Positive® comply with general performance standards in the clothing retail industry. Some shrinkage and twisting may occur after washing but will remain within acceptable limits for dimensional stability.

To minimise shrinkage and twisting, it is recommended that washing temperatures do not exceed 40°C on a standard or delicate cycle, and that garments are reshaped before line or flat drying. Hot washes and tumble drying are likely to affect dimensional stability and may also cause colour fading.

To help reduce environmental impact: wash at 30°C or below, avoid tumble drying, line dry where possible, and iron only when necessary.

Are the T-shirts suitable for printing and decorating?

All Earth Positive® garments are reactive dyed and ready for decorating in a wide variety of screen printing techniques including discharge printing, heat transfers, sublimation printing and embroidery. The garments perform particularly well in digital direct-to-garment printing.

Do Earth Positive® T-shirts have any labels or tags?

Earth Positive® garments have a back neck label with size, the Earth Positive® “Tick” symbol and the wording “Climate Neutral”. The inside wash/care label has the Earth Positive® and low carbon logos.

When will orders be delivered?

Standard delivery services from Earth Positive® within mainland Europe are typically completed within 1–2 days. However, as with all transport services, delivery times cannot be absolutely guaranteed, and rare delays may occur due to adverse weather, road conditions, or other unforeseen factors.

For destinations outside mainland Europe, standard transit times vary from 2 to 8 days depending on location. Standard deliveries are carried out by DPD and UPS. An email notification is sent when goods are dispatched, with a link provided to track the shipment online.

Stock

How often does stock get replenished?

All product lines from Earth Positive® are regularly replenished. While efforts are made to minimize “out of stock” periods, some items may occasionally be unavailable, particularly during peak seasons. The online store provides details of forthcoming deliveries.

Can goods be returned to Earth Positive®?

Samples are non-returnable. Faulty garments can be returned free of charge for a refund or exchange within 28 days of supply. Unwanted garments may be returned, subject to approval, within 28 days of supply, with a re-stocking fee of 20% applied.

In all cases, a returns form must be submitted through the online store, and official authorization received before sending any goods back. Unauthorized returns will be rejected by the warehouse. Please refer to the Terms & Conditions for full details.

What are the payment terms for Earth Positive®?

All new customers are set up on a pro-forma basis, meaning the cost of goods and transport must be pre-paid before delivery. Orders and payments are processed through the secure online store. Established customers with a trading history may apply for credit facilities.

The online store displays live inventory for all Earth Positive® stock products.
