Our Made-to-Order (MTO) bespoke manufacturing service enables you to create custom products tailored to your exact specification. We will support you and manage all the stages, from design through to production at our award-winning Earth Positive factory in India, to final delivery at your destination.

Design development

We have considerable expertise in our field and we will use it to help you realise your designs.Whether you are creating a one-off product or a whole new brand, we are here to help.

For over two decades, we have excelled in our 'Made to Order' custom garment manufacturing service. We have set high standards of service and manufacture, producing high quality retail products in superior sustainable fabrics with ethical and environmental credentials.

Sampling

Once you have decided on a design we will prepare lab-dips, if required, and development and pre-production samples for signing off.

You are then able to approve or comment, and if necessary sampling will continue until you sign off the product.

We offer a large range of labelling solutions - woven, jacquard, printed, tear-out, etc.

We can produce kimballs and hangtags in a variety of sustainable materials, inks and types of attachments.

We can add individual barcodes or QR codes before we pack and ship your stock according to your chosen freight and delivery method.

To note; there are sampling costs involved. The exact cost of the samples may vary depending on required branding and product.
