We are not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
All contractual relationships are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
Place of jurisdiction, where legally permissible, is Ireland.
13. Final Provisions
If any provision is invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
