These Terms and Conditions apply to all business relationships conducted via the online shop:

Important notice:
Our offers are directed exclusively at businesses (entrepreneurs).
We do not sell to consumers.

2. Registration and Account Approval

Orders may only be placed by registered and approved business customers.

We reserve the right to:

  • Review and reject account registrations

  • Cancel orders from unverified customers

A contract is only concluded with approved business customers.

3. Contract Formation

Product listings do not constitute a legally binding offer.

By placing an order, you submit a binding offer.
The contract is only concluded upon our explicit confirmation.

4. Prices and Taxes

All prices are net prices and may be subject to VAT where applicable.

For intra-EU transactions, the reverse charge mechanism may apply.

5. Payment

Payments are processed via the methods offered at checkout.

We reserve the right to:

  • restrict payment methods

  • require advance payment

6. Delivery

Delivery is available within the EU and internationally.

Delivery times are non-binding unless explicitly agreed.

Partial deliveries are permitted.

7. Retention of Title

Goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

8. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights applicable to businesses apply unless otherwise agreed.

Obvious defects must be reported immediately upon receipt.

9. Liability

Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law to:

  • Intent and gross negligence

  • Breach of essential contractual obligations

Liability for indirect damages, loss of profit, or consequential damages is excluded.

10.  Intellectual Property and Licensing

All content, designs, and products are subject to licensing agreements and are protected by copyright.

Use and resale are permitted only within the scope of the applicable license.

UK copyright law applies to all intellectual property and licensing matters.

11. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution platform:

We are not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

All contractual relationships are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

Place of jurisdiction, where legally permissible, is Ireland.

13. Final Provisions

If any provision is invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
