PAYMENT TERMS
Non-Account Customers – Advance payment only.
We accept all major debit and credit cards, and Paypal, except Amex.
We reserve the right to make an additional charge for administrative expenses incurred for other methods of payment.
Represented or unpaid cheques will incur €30 handling charge.
Interest will be charged on overdue balances in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act at the rate of 8%.
PRICES
Unless otherwise stated, the prices given or quoted by us are exclusive of carriage and VAT.
We reserve the right to vary prices at any time without prior notice.
OWNERSHIP
Risk in the goods passes on to the buyer upon delivery but the title in the goods remains with Earth Positive until all amounts due have been paid in full.
SHORTAGES AND RETURNS POLICY
Claims for shortages, discrepancies or faulty goods must be notified in writing within 7 days of delivery.
Returns of unwanted or faulty goods or goods delivered in error must be submitted online through the Webshop returns page and subsequently authorised by our sales office, who will issue an official returns note quoting the original order number.
There is a 28 days limit on all returns (from the delivery and/or invoice date).
No returns will be accepted if the garments have been printed, embroidered, labelled or processed in any way.
Samples are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Earth Positive are under no obligation to accept the return of perfect garments correctly supplied. All perfect returns will be subject to a 20% re-stocking charge.
Bespoke garments made to order and supplied correctly are non-returnable.
LIABILITY
Earth Positive will not accept any liability for any loss of profit or consequential losses suffered as a result of erroneous delivery or otherwise.
